He will be accompanied by His Excellency Dr. Per Stig Møller, former Danish Foreign Minister for almost a decade. They will be in conversation on H.E. We will dive into an intensive and incisive examination of the judiciary’s role in foreign affairs and the complex institutions of High Courts installed in a political system that requires both legal and political understanding. A topic more relevant than ever in the aftermath of the US-election, Brexit-negotiations, and an undergoing global crisis with the corona-pandemic.
The program will start with 30 min discussion/interview with H.E. Dr. Riaan Eksteen/H.E. Per Stig Møller, followed by 15 min Q&A with a unique opportunity for the audience to ask direct questions. Moderated by the founder of CSCD, Mr. Shahamak Rezaei.
