Professor Monder Ram OBE (Order of the British Empire) is the Director of CREME (the Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship) at Aston Business School. His CSCD activities are geographically focused on the UK, Sweden and Finland.

He is a leading authority on small business and minority entrepreneurship research, has published widely on the subject, has extensive experience of working in small and ethnic minority businesses and as a consultant.

Prof. Monder Ram is a regular keynote speaker at international conferences and advises the government through his position on the APPG (All-Party Parliamentary Groups, UK Parliament).

He further holds visiting positions at Warwick University and the University of Turku and has extensive experience in global science diplomacy.
