Mr. Said Abdu is a former Member of the Swedish National Parliament RIKSDAG.

He has served as the Liberal Party’s spokesperson on Business and Entrepreneurial issues and been a member of The Swedish Parliament’s Committee on Industry and Trade and Deputy Member of six other committees, including the EU-Council and The Swedish Parliament’s Committee on Finance.

He will geographically focus his CSCD activities on Scandinavia, EU and East Africa.  Mr. Abdu has been the Chairperson of the regional chapter of the Swedish Federation of Business Owners in the Western part of Sweden (Trollhättan), the Swedish Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and of an Adult Education Association.

Mr. Abdu is also on the board of the two financial institutions, Mikrofonden Väst (micro funding/credits) and Länsförsäkringar Älvsborg AB (insurance and banking).

He has studied Business and Economics, is an active community volunteer and is consulting several non-profit organization’s in Sweden.
