Dr. Victoria Hill obtained her PhD in Management Science from Strathclyde School of Business at University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Her CSCD activities are geographically focused on Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa.
During the last decades she has built extensive ties to Science & Commercial Diplomacy in the Central European University (CEU) Budapest and in Middle East/North Africa (MENA), where she has been affiliated at the German-Jordanian University (Jordan), Al-Akhawayn in Ifrane University (Morocco) and Moulay Ismail University in Meknes (Morocco).
Her research focuses on improving education, mainly via Science Diplomacy, in the Middle East/North Africa and on applications of Artificial and/or Cognitive Intelligence.
She has extensive Industry and Commercial experience and a few highlights of Industry experiences are:
Consultant Systems Engineer; projects for national entities (railroads, oil company, customs, national police, land registry, et al), PepsiCo, Inc., Purchase, New York, 1985 to 1993, Global Telecom Manager for Pepsi-Cola International, Development of strategies and facilities to support logistics and communications in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Middle East.
Previously she also designed systems for Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell and other Pepsi U.S. facilities.
