Dr. Yipeng Liu is Professor at Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. His CSCD activities are geographically focused on the UK, the EU, China and Singapore.

His research interests focus on international entrepreneurship and global talent mobility and how mobility of science and technology talent can identify, capture and leverage entrepreneurial opportunities to enhance mutual political and diplomatic understanding among international collaboration partners.

His work takes an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary perspective with the goal to address global social and societal challenges faced by the government and policymakers around the world.
