Dr. Birte Hansen has just submitted her Ph.D. dealing with Digital Entrepreneurship. Her CSCD activities are geographically focused on Norway, Denmark, Singapore and China in close collaboration with CSCD’s Executive Team.

She has wide-ranging international experience, focused on commercial and entrepreneurial opportunities and research in China.

Previously she was employed as Executive Officer for the Norwegian Business Association China and she has been actively involved in the facilitation of trade and business between the Nordic Countries and China.

Hansen also has hands-on experience from the start-up scene in Beijing, where she has worked with multiple start-ups, incubators and accelerators aiming to encourage entrepreneurial growth and innovative development.

She is enrolled in the Sino Danish Center for Education and Research Masters and PhD Program.

Since 2014 she has enthusiastically been contributing to build research and collaboration relationships between Denmark and China, completing multiple projects and workshops aiming to consolidate mutual research interests.
